Shortwave Infrared Heaters

Shortwave based infrared heaters are used in industry processes where the need for rapid heat generating systems is prominent. As the name suggests, these heaters operate on infrared waves that are known to generate large amount of heat in a shorter duration of time. The heat is transmitted from one point to another in the form of electromagnetic waves.

Short Wave IR Lamp transmits heat in the form of electromagnetic waves at a velocity of approximately 3,00,000 Km/Sec i.e., at the speed of light. These lamps are not only the fastest in transmitting heat but are most suitable for specific applications involving vacuum technology and dust free (clean room) conditions.

We provide different types of shapes of the heaters as per drawing.

RedRuby Short Wave Infrared Lamp
emits warm red light and could be widely used in outdoor or indoor heating device. Ruby lamp delivers the heat to product fast and directly without heating the surroundings air due to the nature of radiation. It has no dust or pollution during operation. Thus, it is not only an energy - efficiency system but also a clean and environmental frinedly heating solutions.

The Carbon infrared heaters
emitters feature a unique design of the heating filament that combines the effective medium-wave radiation with very short response times in the seconds range. The Carbon Heater unique design provides higher radiation density and improved mechanical construction stability.

Models of ShortWave Infrared Heaters

  • Short wave infrared lamp: They are the fastest in transmitting heat and are most suitable for specific applications involving vacuum technology as well as dust free (clean room) conditions.
  • Short wave infrared module: Used in variety of industry processes, the heat generated from these modules can be regulated in accordance to specific requirements.
  • Twin tube short wave infrared heater: Made up of 8-shape high-purity clear quartz twin tube, these heaters consist of a tungsten coil with halogen gas flowing through it to generate the heat.
  • Star Filament short wave infrared heaters: The special design of the lamp reduces the operating temperature along it to generate long wave radiation for greater effectiveness.
